Privacy

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, and a password (stored securely, never readable by us).
• Details you save: phone, address, and date of birth, used to fill in forms for you.
• What you ask us to do: visit bookings, volunteer sign-ups, adoption and foster applications, lost pet inquiries.
• Photos you upload to search for a lost pet. They are kept for a short time and deleted automatically.
• Donations: processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and amount, never your card number. If you explicitly choose to join the supporter wall, we also receive the display name and optional message you provide; staff review it before it can be shown with your gift amount.

How we use it

To process your requests, send confirmations and reminders, and contact you about an animal or an application. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Shelter staff who need it to do their work, and the services that run this site (hosting, database, email, and payments). An approved supporter-wall display can be seen by site visitors, but it includes only the display name, gift amount, and optional message you chose to submit; your billing name and email are never shown there. Imported animal listings link to their source.

Your choices

Update your details any time under My PawHeaven. To delete your account and the information in it, or to ask what we hold, email hello@pawheaven.example.org.
